    Hi,

    In this forum, you can post any support related questions. When you create a question please be as specific as possible so we can reproduce the situation, include details like:

      the vendor and model of the node
      if you took any steps before executing a job you might encounter problems with
      the session log, or other relevant logs

    This falls under the Bronze level support as described here.

    For Silver and Gold customers,
    we provide SLA support via our ticketing system netyce.avaza.com.
